I'm Mariyam, a writer, reader, observer, and a witness. I've spent the past decade of my adulthood (the 20s) moving across cities and countries, in search of new experiences, but mostly myself.
Everyday, I’m readjusting my glasses literally and figuratively to look more closely at life, and this readjustment helps me ponder and write (hopefully) better. My essays are minutiae of the larger world and its communication with us, in personal, professional or social settings. Like most of us, I'm simply connecting the dots that might at some stage, appear in order amid the chaos we call life.
